TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. First come first serve basis.
2. Only serious buyers. No back outs please or exchange after confirmation.
3. Please email us to cancel if you no longer interested in buying.
4. Items are 100% in new and great condition (unless otherwise stated).
5. Items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. So, please do ask questions to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfactions.
6. All accessories shown are not included with purchase, unless stated.
7. Colour of the real item may vary slightly from the photos on the website; due to the different settings of cameras, lighting & monitors.
8. Sendout cost will be cover by you unless: stated as 'Including Shipping' for free shipping. Free shipping will be given according to our considerations of weight & cost via Pos Laju / Pos Ekspress except heavy items or bulk purchase will be post using a NORMAL Registered Mail / Parcel / Kangaroo express. If you want to convert all shipping method to Pos Laju, we'll only cover RM2.00 for the postage cost, the rest covered by you.
9. Payment should be made within 24 hours after order confirmation. If payment is not made then the item will be released for sale.
10. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of business days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

INSTALLMENT PLAN

• INSTALLMENT accepted for some of our items but item(s) will only be posted after full payment received. So, please do ask questions to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfactions.
• Once you've confirmed to purchase and start paying installment, you aren't allowed to backout. All partial installment payment are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• No hidden or additional prices/costs added for installment plan. Lumpsum and installment purchase share the same price.
• P/s: We don't differ the price since it's not allow in our religion (Hukum Syarak).

 DELIVERY TIME

1. We will ship out your item on the next day upon receiving your payment (or not more than 3 working days) excluding public holidays.
2. For large parcel or bulk (using Kangaroo Worldwide Express) - Ship out will be done only once or twice per week.
3. We will inform you by e-mail or sms after every delivery (or upon request).
